The TEFL job market in The Philippines is growing especially within central Philippines particularly in Cebu City. With the emergence of English as a global language, language schools are sprouting like mushrooms across other cities like Manila and Davao as well. It will not be surprising to see young children speaking English because Philippines use English language as its official language and medium of instruction in schools. Now, you would probably think that teaching English in the Philippines would therefore be restricted to that in the rural areas. One can also work in companies, training employees to enhance their ability to use English as a working language successfully.
