TEFL certificate helps the teachers in getting a good ESL jobs placement around the world. However, many teachers prefer to work as volunteer teachers in many parts of the world with various NGOs. Volunteer English teaching jobs are available in many countries in Asia, African and South America. The teachers might have to teach for free to the students but the experience is no less rewarding.
